TERESOFIA -We specialize in Organic slow-fermented breads crafted with Ancient and Heritage Grains, in particular Carolina and Santee Gold rice Sourdough Breads. Our menu features an array of artisanal breads, pastries, custom cakes and sandwiches all made using only the highest quality of ingredients. TERESOFIA Artisan Bakery & Cafe was born from a lifelong dedication to craft, a deep respect for tradition, and the belief that food should tell a story.
Founded by Duane Copeland, and experienced pastry chef and baker, TERESOFIA reflects decades spent refining technique, understanding ingredients, and learning what it truly means to bake with intention. Duane's background in pastry and artisan baking informs every loaf and dessert-where precision meets restraint, and flavor is never sacrificed.
After years working in professional kitchens and bakeries, Duane set out to create something deeply personal. The name TERESOFIA is a combination of the founders Wife and daughter, symbolizing the heart of the bakery itself.
